In 1999, Peter Drucker published one of his most influential articles – Managing Oneself. In this seminal work, he outlined key elements of human performance from a reflective perspective.

He argued that success relied on one’s understanding of one’s values, strengths, and how one performed.

This framework formed the basis of our work on team performance, expanding on Drucker’s work on individual development.
