It takes courage to question one’s own decisions. Many of the world’s most successful leaders over-rely on intuition, which can lead to an echo chamber effect. Take the leader of Qantas as an example; listening to their “gut feeling” led to initial success but, over time, poor decisions after becoming too entrenched in a certain mindset.
