- 34% of companies worldwide plan to require staff to return to the office 5 day per week.
- 84% of recruiters say engaging passive candidates is crucial for attracting top talent in lower and middle-level positions.
- 40% of executives anticipate that around 1.4 billion workers will need to re-skill in the next 3 years to keep up with advancements in generative AI + automation.
- The AI recruitment technology market, currently worth over $661.5 million, is projected to reach $1.1 billion by 2030.

- Strongest NEO: India (40%)
- Weakest NEO: Argentina (-1%)
Hiring Expectations by Country:
- Strong Hiring: India, U.S., Mexico, Singapore, Germany, etc. (Countries with NEO above the global average)
- Moderate Hiring: Japan, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc. (Countries with NEO around the global average)
- Weak Hiring: Argentina, Hong Kong, Chile, Israel, etc. (Countries with NEO below the global average)
